  • Sadlier (Cangora)
2019 This comprehensive restoration project involved concealing all surface-mounted electrical cabling and removing internal brick walls while preserving the integrity of the first-floor structures. We carefully removed fireplaces while ensuring the chimneys remained intact and implemented a functional air conditioning solution. The overall outcome was the transformation of a significant heritage homestead to meet contemporary living standards and expectations. Notable highlights include the removal and reinstatement of two heritage chimney caps, as well as the rejuvenation of existing timber floors and internal woodwork. Our dedication to excellence was recognized with the prestigious HIA Housing, Kitchen, and Bathroom Awards NSW 2021.
  • Collections Facility
April 2021 - September 2022 During the project, we encountered challenges such as insufficient water pressure for the fire system and successfully navigated through interactions with the council representatives. Despite these obstacles, we persevered to achieve our goal. The overall outcome is a significant storage shed capable of safeguarding valuables for years to come. Notably, the size of the storage facility and its comprehensive air temperature and humidity control stand out as highlights, ensuring optimal protection for stored items.
  • Cathedral Restoration
April 2020 - March 2021 Throughout the Cathedral project, we faced various challenges related to the ground, including contaminants, old footings from the previous convent, numerous wells, ground water issues, and the impact of COVID-19. Despite the saturated ground conditions, requiring digging over 2 meters down to find stable ground for the new car park, we overcame these obstacles. The ultimate outcome is a car park designed to withstand the test of time, ensuring longevity for generations to come. Notably, the revamped car park contributes to a more vibrant community atmosphere, with fewer barriers and enhanced landscaping, featuring vibrant colors in the gardens and grass.

This project demanded meticulous planning and approvals, especially concerning the restoration of a heritage Bathurst building within tight individual lots. Our expertise shone through as we navigated the complexities, resulting in an innovative 8-lot subdivision. Through the use of sympathetic construction materials and methods, we seamlessly integrated the new development with the existing streetscape, preserving the area's historical charm. Excellence & Trust

Tablelands has just completed a major extension and renovation of our dental practice. They successfully achieved this under strenuous Pandemic conditions and supply-chain issues. They also achieved it with minimal interruption to our daily practice activities. In fact, the practice only had to close for one half day during the entire construction and renovation period. Allowing for the changes we made during construction, it would be fair to say that Tablelands remained substantially within budget.
